Flowers of Chicago

After surviving a brain injury from an automobile accident, Sheri Shaw-Sicuranzo transformed her life from nurse to photographer during an extraordinary journey of discovery through rehabilitation. Her stunning close-up images illustrate the delicate intricacies of God’s creation and reveal hope and renewal of life to all audiences. "Seeing how much love was placed into the creation of flowers helps us understand the love that was placed into creating each of us, despite our imperfections".

Shaw-Sicuranzo lives with her husband and two children in Lockwood, California where she also raises horses. Her photography work has also exhibited at the Lauryn Taylor Fine Arts Gallery in Carmel, California. Since her last visit to Chicago Sheri started her own business - "Eye of the Beholder - Fine Arts Photography".

All images displayed in this presentation represent the beautiful flowers that engulf the fine city of Chicago and served as an inspiration to her during her rehabilitation.
