Dance Class for People with Parkinson’s Disease

Dance is a stimulating mental activity that connects the mind to the body by invoking imagery, telling stories with movement, and making use of the senses to enhance balance and coordination in movement. Join this 16-session class for persons with Parkinson Disease on Mondays and Thursdays at 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
